Responsibilities

Warmly greet guests and inform employees of their arrival
Ensure conference rooms are clean and presentable
Sorting and distributing all incoming mail
Assist with ordering and restocking kitchen supplies as needed
Manage a demanding office calendar including scheduling meetings, Work with departments across the company
Prepare expense reports
Assist, as needed, with decks, presentations, and meeting materials
Prepare reports as needed
Provide coverage for other team members (ordering/stocking/manage inventory)
Understanding how and when to prioritize
Qualifications

3+ years administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, 1+ at the executive level
Proficient with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, exciting, and startup environment
Extreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple and ever-changing priorities in a fluid startup environment
Demonstrated passion and ability to multitask and work on different projects all at once
