HRIS Analyst at SoFi

This position supports the Workday HRMS in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. This position serves as a technical point of contact and ensures data integrity, tests system changes, writes reports and analyzes data flows for process improvement opportunities.


Works directly with clients to provide technical support, research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely manner
Assists in configurations, data loading, testing and documentation for Workday HCM, and other HR systems (Glint, Reflektive, Jobvite, Litmos, ADP Workforce Now).
Trains current and new users on HR systems processes and functionalities.
Write and maintain dashboards, advanced and shared reports using Workday and other HR systems delivered tools.
Participate in identifying and testing enhancement opportunities for HR systems.
Ensure that processes and procedures adhere to defined audit and internal controls

BA or BS required, preferably in Computer Science, Business, or Technology discipline
Minimum three (3) years Workday HCM experience and experience with Workday's report writing tools
Knowledge of Workday Compensation, Business Process Framework, Security, Enterprise Interface Builder desirable
Experience in Human Resource disciplines is preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing and changing environment
Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly through instruction and independent learning
Excellent analytical and research skills
Demonstrated success in attention to detail, accuracy, problem-solving and critical thinking
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaborating with team members from various business functions
