SoFi is hiring a customer-focused Recruiter to join our team. If you are passionate about building a world class customer service environment, this is the role for you. Responsibilities

Collaborate with management team to understand hiring needs.
Review resumes and schedule and perform initial phone conversations with candidates
Schedule interviews with Hiring Managers and follow up on results
Post jobs on approved internal and external job boards
Review and ensure job descriptions are current for positing
Prepare weekly updates on open positions
Preparation of offer letters and tracking of status or returned documentation
Administrative duties as required
Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of progressive recruiting experience
Full cycle and high volume recruiting within call center environment is highly preferred
Jobvite Applicant Tracking system experience is strongly preferred.
Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented
Team player with a positive attitude
Behavioral and situational interviewing experience highly preferred.
Must possess excellent organizational and time-management skills and critical-thinking ability
Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
Work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required
Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people at all levels
Strong PC skills including experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.
