Client Success Associate at Outmatch

OutMatch Client Success Associates (CSA) are “value advocates” who focus on the support of Client Success Managers (CSM) by working with clients in order to ensure their success. The right candidate has demonstrated experience in a fast-paced work environment and proven success managing a complex technology-centric customer engagement. 

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Supports the CSM to manage their client book of business
  • Is first line of client inquiries with CSM as escalation point
  • Liaison with and routes tickets to End User Support
  • Primary for account setup and configuration
  • Systems integration support and setup
  • Monitors client adoption and system usage
  • Create training materials and partner with CSM in client training needs/gaps
  • Creates processes in order to automate support and drive efficiency
  • Creates reporting that can be delivered internally and to a client
  • Supports the delivery of various projects and ensures necessary resources are committed.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to meet client goals 
  • Consolidating and reporting client feedback 
  • Manage and keep up to date client health metrics and client reporting across defined list of accounts
  • Identify and help implement process and product improvements based on client feedback.
  • Other duties as required 
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of client relations, sales or consulting experience 
  • Experience with enterprise level software implementation projects 
Required Skills & Knowledge:
  • Detail orientation and strong verbal and written communication skills a must
  • Track record of successful, strategic problem-solving skills 
  • Highly motivated, proactive, self starter
  • Highly developed business acumen 
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to clients 
  • Adept at using common computer software programs (MS Office) 
  • Must be able to multi-task and work beyond the job description 
  • Ability to understand and interpret data for reporting
Preferred Skills & Knowledge: 
  • Direct experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources is a plus 
  • Project Management experiences is a plus – certification is not necessary 
  • Experience with business reporting tools and analytics 
  • Knowledge of project management software
