Enterprise Account Executive - Northwest Market at Outmatch

We’re looking for sharp, confident, and energetic achievers to execute a proven, high revenue sales process for our suite of Predictive Talent Selection™ tools in the Northwest area of the US.  This is a great opportunity to sell in a complex, multi-contact, and consultative environment in the rapidly growing HR Technology market.   
 

Responsibilities

What you'll Do:
  • Close 10 to 15 deals per quarter by:
    • Following up on inbound leads and sales inquiries
    • Creating new outbound opportunities
    • Managing your pipeline and your quota
  • Taking prospects through full sales cycles from initial interest through close
  • Utilize smart, targeted questions with executives at mid-sized companies (up to X,000 employees)
  • Conduct online product demonstrations
  • Update all prospect interaction in Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with other sales team members on closing deals
What You'll Need:
  • Experience: A B2B background is necessary.  Experience in recruiting or technology sales, especially HR technology sales, is a plus.
  • Tenacity:  You’ll fearlessly pursue multiple prospects.
  • Agility: Our environment is fast-paced and high-energy.  You’ll have to change hats on the fly.
