The Training team is the core growth engine for Augmedix Bangladesh. A Learning and Development Specialist - English is responsible for imparting specific English Language training geared towards medical terminologies and core phrasing skills. The role requires the candidate to mentor and train multiple trainees toward the organization’s objective of ensuring employment opportunities for the youth of the nation. The candidate must also update the relevant reports, score cards, ensure appropriate performance improvement planning is being done, and also ensure remediation of said improvements. Furthermore, the incumbent is required to take part in continuous process improvement to ensure the overall quality of the Training program.
