About the Role:
This role is responsible for supporting consistent, high quality service delivery to their assigned health systems. This role involves coaching Medical Documentation Specialists (MDS) in steady state and assisting Supervisors with daily operations.
The day-to-day of this role requires someone with a deep understanding of various clinician workflows/preferences, EHR systems, and internal MDS tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Reduce service disruptions by filling coverage gaps and troubleshooting MDS escalations/issues.
  • Remediate open MDS quality concerns on steady state accounts.
  • Coach steady state MDS to improve quality and efficiency by observing workflow, reviewing notes, and providing instructions on how to better utilize Augmedix tools (Notebuilder, S2T, etc) and health system EHRs.
  • Assist trainers with ramp ups as needed.
  • Assist supervisors with MDS scheduling and onboarding as needed.

Requirements:

  • Medical scribing and training experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Scribe operations and people Management.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to execute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Passionate about helping others succeed and ensuring high quality customer service.
