About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work directly for Augmedix’s co-founder, Ian Shakil, to drive the successful implementation and expansion of strategic partnerships. The role is a Project Manager because, at the core, the role requires strong attention to detail and organization, strong follow through and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization but also requires a business development mindset, strong emotional intelligence, and the technical acumen to be able to drive strategic product development ideation and initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will be energized by both the details of an effective project plan and by building relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans for post sale implementation activities with enterprise partners aligned with Augmedix business objectives
  • Participate in internal and external meetings, remote and on-site when appropriate, to drive progress and execution of project plans
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, some of which are at the executive level
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to initiate and continuously develop strategic opportunities within each partnership
  • Act as voice of customer to provide market feedback and insights to Augmedix leadership team

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years experience in a B2B software/SaaS business environment in software implementation, project management, customer success, business development or account management
  • Healthcare experience is a huge plus
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced startup/growth environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse shareholders
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent entrepreneurial and strategic thinking as you help identify new strategic opportunities and scale existing partnerships
  • Excellent professional relationship-building, leadership, planning, management, communication, and presentation skills
