About the Role:
The Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) is responsible for helping drive the future of Augmedix’s suite of products. As the product and domain expert, the Senior PMM will guide product marketing strategy based on deep understanding of the product, customer, and competitive landscape. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, data driven and will be able to grasp and translate technical capabilities into tangible benefits and value propositions to drive successful product launches and adoption.


  • Through deep customer and technical product knowledge, ensure product/ market fit, assess product/ feature readiness, develop product positioning and messaging to support new and existing products
  • Own and evolve value proposition and buyer persona development
  • Develop a data-driven perspective on customer needs and translate those insights into actions for partner teams including Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success
  • Support product management's understanding of customer satisfaction, competitive products, competitive pricing/packaging, and opportunities for new features or improvements
  • Partner with internal Augmedix teams to develop and improve product demos and other sales enablement tools
  • Take an active role in supporting go-to-market strategy and target marketing approach for Augmedix products


  • Your ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into tangible benefits and value propositions are critical
  • 5-7 years direct experience in product marketing or product management within high growth, saas environment
  • Proven success working cross-functionally across product management, engineering, go-to-market, sales, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal, storytelling and writing skills
  • Passion for developing solutions to ensure customer success, and an ability to clearly articulate decisions and insights to a wide range of audiences
  • Highly organized and able to respond and prioritize requests from cross-functional teams
  • Ambitious self-starter with a positive, upbeat demeanor
