About the role:
The Desktop Support Engineer will ​maintain our network infrastructure​, ​​and support corporate desktops​,​ laptops ​and corresponding devices​​. The role will support ​'​system uptime​'​, and maintenance ​of all IT-related assets Our ideal candidate should qualify the job requirements, are willing to go the extra mile to ensure things get done, can work with minimal supervision and mentor teammates. ​


  • Support for network-related issues specific to office wired and wireless environments
  • Installation and troubleshooting of Windows, Mac & Linux Based Operating Systems, Applications and Security Patches
  • Experience on basic hardware assembling and troubleshooting
  • Network (LAN) connection setup and troubleshooting for a computer
  • Timely resolution of all problems related to desktop applications, workstations etc.
  • Knowledge on basic network protocols and configurations (i.e. Static routing, BGP, NAT, DHCP)
  • Inventory Management (Hardware, Software, Licensing)
  • Independently handle , purchases reports and documentation


  • Experience working with the following systems: Windows Server and Desktop Environments, Mac Workstations, VMWare ESXi, Cisco/Meraki Networks
  • CCNA or 8+ Years of information technology experience (Hardware Troubleshooting and Networking)
  • Working Knowledge in a HIPAA environment is preferred
  • Willingness to work in Nightshift (EST and PST time zones)
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology or Equivalent
