About the Role:
Supporting Corporate and Scribe network infrastructure and clients including support tasks. Support system uptime and maintenance for services and devices within the Augmedix organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Administration and maintenance of the Core Network Infrastructure (i.e. Cisco, Opnsense, Fortinet Platform) administration of Virtualization (Vcenter, ESXI, VDI), and Server, third-party services.
  • Ensure Compliance Requirements are implemented as per relevant Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Respond to highly complex technical user service requests and be able to drive and push stationing in the department.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and tasks along with mentoring the other team members
  • End users troubleshooting.
  • Monitoring, Reporting, and Documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology or Equivalent.
  • CCNA or 8+ Years of information technology experience (Networking, System Administration, and Troubleshooting)
  • Knowledge of security policy requirements in a HIPAA environment preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced, quickly-growing startup environment

  • Willingness to work on a 24/7 shift basis.
  • Work Shift: Night (On-site)
  • Work Hour: (10: 00 PM - 6:00 AM) BST
  • Weekdays: Monday to Friday
