About The Role:
Augmedix is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual with experience in a wide range of web software technologies and architectures to join our Engineering team. This individual must have the mindset to get their hands dirty testing in different front-end and back-end web technology stacks. Work will range from solo project testing to product features in sprints with remotely and locally located Developers. The right candidate will have the openness to be part of many different types of projects with a high level of context-switching ability.

Job Responsibilities (Included but not limited to):

  • Investigate Production Issues and Provide Root Cause Analysis Report
  • Prepare various statistics/data analysis for the Product and Engineering Team
  • Prepare various feature update reports to the Product and Engineering Team
  • Focus on the Issue of the reproduction process
  • Contribute to the product feature testing
  • Put effort into exploring the application more to get business knowledge individually
  • Increase more collaboration with L1/L2/L3 customer support team related to the L4 (engineering) escalations
  • Provide L4 (engineering) escalation statistics monthly to the stakeholders
  • Contribute to create/prepare docs related to L4 (engineering) projects in the wiki
  • Create RCA Doc for outage and hotfixes
  • Contribute to Improving the L4 (engineering) process and pace up the investigation process
  • Contribute to handling and investigating issues promptly and getting the response back with RCA to the stakeholders
  • Contribute to synchronizing L4 (engineering) tasks daily
  • Handle issues solely when the escalations rate is higher
  • Increase collaboration with the engineering team related to the L4 escalations

Job Requirements:

  • 2-5 years working experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Solid experience using JIRA and any test case management tool
  • Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical overseas teams
