Serving as the Head / Sr. Manager of Software Development, this position will be reporting to CTO. The incumbent will be focusing on leading and managing the Software development/Web development team. The responsibility will enhance recruiting, coaching, and developing engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge. He/she will be responsible for defining and implementing software development, testing, and operations processes to meet excellence defined by the organization meeting all the compliance requirements.
