About the Role:
Supporting corporate and wireless and physical network infrastructure and clients including desktop support tasks. Support system uptime and maintenance for services and devices within the Augmedix organization.


  • Installation and troubleshooting of Windows, Mac & Linux Based Operating Systems, Applications and Security Patches.
  • Experience on basic hardware assembling and troubleshooting.
  • Network (LAN) connection setup and troubleshooting for a computer.
  • Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
  • Knowledge on basic network protocols and configurations (i.e. Static routing, BGP, NAT, DHCP).
  • Inventory Management (Hardware, Software, Licensing).
  • Monitoring, Reporting and Documentation.


  • Experience working with the following systems: Windows Server and Desktop Environments, Mac Workstations, Android OS, VMWare ESXi, Cisco/Meraki Networks.
  • CCNA or 3+ Years information technology experience (Hardware Troubleshooting and Networking).
  • Knowledge of security policy requirements in a HIPAA environment preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, quickly-growing startup environment.
  • Willingness to work on a 24/7 shift basis. The primary shift will be the Nightshift (Bangladesh Time).
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology or Equivalent.
