In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies like JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, JSS, SASS, PostCSS, JSX, Lighthouse, PageSpeed, Chrome Performance, Redux, Restful web services, Webpack. As a Web Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining cross-functional, performant and scalable web applications with a focus on user experience.

- Develop functional, performant and scalable web applications with JavaScript and React
- Create high-quality code that is scalable, reliable and reusable. Implement unit tests (min 80% coverage) and write technical documents if needed, identify risks beforehand.
- Write unit/integration tests to ensure the high quality of the application
- Analyze the product design complexity, plan workload, communicate risks
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including development, code reviews, testing, and production deployment
- Develop new user-facing features
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Work closely with stakeholders, PM’s and Researchers to deliver new features.
- Own the front-end roadmap tasks for the initiative and work closely with mobile and backend teams.
- Own the task end to end and do not rely on QA
- Have to constantly update your stakeholders about the progress, and share ideas with the product team proactively.

- Own the WEB tasks in the grooming sessions
- Do cross-team communication and follow-up
- BS/MA degree in a highly quantitative field or equivalent, as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience as a JavaScript Engineer or in a similar position
- Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and related technologies, with ReactJS being essential
- Proficiency with JSS, SASS, PostCSS, and JSX
- Experience with Responsive/Adaptive Web Design and Single Page Applications, as well as PageSpeed, Lighthouse, and Chrome Performance tools
- Knowledge of JS and CSS performance optimizations is advantageous, as is experience with Redux and RESTful web services
- Familiarity with build tools like Webpack is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a global team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required
