Picsart is looking for a Sales Engineer to join the API team. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical offerings and our customers' needs, with a primary focus on API services, the embeddable Picsart Create Editor and enterprise-level implementations.
Moreover, you will work closely with the sales team and play an essential role in driving revenue growth by providing technical expertise, building strong relationships with customers, and effectively communicating the value of our solutions.

- Be the go-to technical resource for the sales team and customers. Understand the details of our APIs/SDKs, stay up-to-date with the latest developments. Be able to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities. Participate in sales calls, meetings, and create and do presentations with potential clients to showcase the technical aspects and benefits of our offerings. Understand customer requirements and tailor technical solutions to meet their API and Enterprise needs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers. Understand their business challenges and use your technical expertise to propose effective solutions. Be responsive to technical inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to address customer concerns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concepts (POCs) to showcase the capabilities and value of our offerings. Highlight unique selling points and how they align with the customer's specific requirements in the API and Enterprise context.
- Provide post-sales technical support and assistance to customers, ensuring their successful onboarding and continued satisfaction. Collaborate with the DevOps team to address any service-related issues promptly.
- Write customer facing technical documentation, FAQs and other materials.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies related to API and Enterprise solutions. Share insights with the sales and product teams to help shape our offerings and stay competitive in the API and Enterprise market.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, with a focus on API and Enterprise solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities;
- Experience in writing technical documentation is a plus;
- In-depth understanding of DevOps principles and relevant technologies is a plus;
- DevOps experience is a plus;
- Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and events.
