The Opportunity -- Enterprise Delivery Manager
This role is about facilitating cross-functional efforts across multiple teams to ensure our partner programs are successfully delivered. As a Delivery Manager, you will develop trusted relationships across both SigFig and enterprise partner organizations, lead implementation programs, and contribute to scaling our delivery practices across SigFig’s products. You thrive on solving complex problems and helping to lead both internal and partner teams to drive results. This role will report to the VP of Enterprise Delivery and Operations, with extensive cross-functional and external interaction. This is you!
How You’ll Make an Impact
Manage: develop and manage project plans by defining scope, deliverables, schedules, and resourcing across partner and SigFig teams
Facilitate: lead and facilitate partner delivery meetings, by setting the agenda, driving outcomes, and capturing next steps
Resolve: analyze and solve challenging cross-functional and cross-organizational delivery issues through your creativity and experience
Scale: help to develop scalable partner processes that span across product, marketing, operations, client services, engineering, compliance, finance, and other functions

Ideal SigFigian for this Role
5+ years in delivering large enterprise technology projects, preferably in client-facing situations (e.g., consulting background)
Experience in wealth management or financial services industry is a plus.
