We are a young and vibrant team based in Hong Kong, and headed by science and engineering graduates from top US schools such as the Ivy League and MIT. Bound by a common love for outdoors and biking, we strive to build e-bikes with top-notch design and cutting-edge technology. Our full carbon e-bike became the most-funded e-bike on Indiegogo in 2021 with $3.5M raised.

The team has attracted entrepreneurs in biking and sports, as well as first-rate designers. We're now expanding our US sales so we are anxious for local sales veterans to join us.


  1. Identify B2B channels, dealers and bike stores in major cities. Negotiate terms, track progress, and finalize deals with them for showcasing/distribution;
  2. Receive training from Urtopia on the e-bike, and become capable of representing ins and outs of the bike independently;
  3. Organize and execute retail and expo events;
  4. Draft and localize promotional/marketing materials;


  1. Knowledgeable and passionate about e-bikes/tech products;
  2. Strong team spirit and an effective communicator in a retail setting;
  3. Able to solve a problem, not just analyze it;
  4. Proactive, innovative and independent in developing and securing retail/storefront cooperation;
  5. Highly responsible. Capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced startup culture;
  6. 3~5 years work experience;
  7. Industry (offline channels in biking, sports, technology and outdoor products etc.) background / resources highly preferred;
  8. Local employment eligibility required;
