The Team -- Enterprise Relationship Management

The Enterprise Relationship Management team works closely with our enterprise financial services partners to drive the strategy of partnerships. This team is responsible for the P&L of SigFig’s enterprise partnerships and their commercialization strategy. Our responsibilities include building solid partner relationships, understanding their needs and driving growth. We work cross functionally with product, engineering and delivery teams to prioritize new features and define roadmaps for our enterprise partners.

The Opportunity -- Sr Relationship Manager

As a Senior Associate you will be the lead relationship contact for SigFig partnerships with a partner financial institution. You are a leader who is committed to understanding different perspectives and developing creative win-win solutions. You think from an enterprise perspective and are able to balance multiple points of view and priorities to drive growth of the SigFig product at our partners. You are comfortable asking challenging questions and developing creative solutions to our partners problems. You will report to the Head of Enterprise Relationship Management on the Revenue team. You will develop the immediate and long term strategy with the cross functional SigFig team and our partners and lead the revenue for our partner. This is you!

    You have worked with a vendor/partner on annual planning, tracking of vendor/partner economics and exposure to contractual processes

Ideal SigFigian for this Role

    5+ years of experience in the financial services industry or in partner management
    2+ years of experience working closely with vendors and/or partners
    Ability to accommodate occasional travel (both domestic and international) on short notice (10%)
