About the role: 

fuboTV is looking for an extremely motivated, senior leader to join our high-performance, start-up environment. The successful candidate will have significant experience in premium TV and addressable advertising sales, understanding and delivering direct and programmatic ad sales. The ideal candidate will be looking for a unique opportunity to deliver significant financial value as the business accelerates its growth. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and lead the overall sales strategy for the organization; create target lists and oversee client and agency outreach; establish a recognized presence in the market with the full complement of fuboTV ad sales opportunities 
  • Understand the fuboTV customer needs and provide market insights that strengthen the value proposition and enhances market opportunities 
  • Respond proactively to all requests; guide all RFPs to key fuboTV stakeholders so that critical deadlines are achieved 
  • Monitor fuboTV sales revenue by category and lead a regular process for reporting progress to the leadership team 
  • Partner with fuboTV’s internal teams including Business Development, Product, Technology, Content Acquisition, Finance and others to devise ad packages and drive creativity throughout the entire sales process 
  • Establish strong relationships throughout the organization to deliver a coordinated and cohesive strategy that is presented in the market 


  • 15+ years of direct selling experience in advertising sales with relevant sales experience in a media organization, including 8+ years of programmatic ad sales experience 
  • 8+ years in an ad supervisor role  
  • A change leader with experience guiding new teams to drive revenue 
  • Deep experience with optimized national linear and addressable television, as well as experience working with the agencies focusing on new media 
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual budgets 
  • Experienced leader of data driven sales managing the sales cycle with advanced campaign measurement and attribution 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the programmatic buying and selling process 
  • Distinguished track record working for multi-media sales organizations 


  • True Sales Leader with an established history of prospecting new clients, generating leads and closing sales 
  • Highly developed ability to self-monitor and self-motivate; an inner drive to excel and the flexibility, when the called upon, to work independently or as part of a team 
  • Sophisticated client-facing skills; highly articulate and able to creatively position our value positions and experience. Able to simply and compellingly present complex marketing programs to clients. Able to lead brainstorming sessions as the need and situations demand 
  • Highly perceptive and able to synthesize ideas and articulate them verbally and in writing 
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and operate efficiently within a relatively flat organization; communicate effectively with a range of executives, department teams and clients 
  • Ability to perform a high level even when faced with unexpected change; creative problem solver in dealing with difficult or unexpected challenges 
  • Expert skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
