HR Manager at Augmedix

Reporting to the Head of HR based in San Francisco (US), you will be working across a variety of HR programs and initiatives to ensure the Bangladesh leadership and teams have the support they need to be successful. Some of the initiatives include the implementation of a new Performance Management process, leading the Recruiting team to achieve our growth goals, partnering with local management to ensure a great work environment for our employees, and providing advice and coaching to local management in all people matters.

Job Responsibilities:

    • Campus activation and mass recruitment under the close supervision of Country Director
    • Work closely with the Head of HR and Country Director (Bangladesh) to revamp policies and processes and to develop programs that enhance the employee experience and increase productivity and retention
    • Coach employees and managers on people issues, providing advice and support in alignment with Augmedix policies and values
    • Make recommendations on Training and Development matters to ensure our employees continue to learn and grow
    • Implementing and revising company’s compensation program
    • Developing, analyzing and updating performance evaluation program
    • Lead a team of 7
    • Oversee HR administration activities and other people related processes (onboarding, events and employee engagement, etc.)
    • Ensure compliance with all HR regulations
    • Own the reporting function, providing useful information to management about people trends and areas of improvement
    • Overseeing exit interviews
    • Provide support for other HR projects as needed
    • Previous experience in working with US Companies is a plus
    • Work closely with other stakeholders as needed

Job Requirements:

    • 10+ years of work experience in HR leadership roles
    • Graduate in HR or relevant field
    • Solid understanding of local labor regulations, employee relations and general HR best practices
    • Experience in coaching and management training, employee engagement, benefits, recruiting, ETC
    • Experience managing and leading a team
    • Experience in “mass” recruitment is highly preferred
    • Experience in global companies with US offices highly preferred
    • Experience in Employee motivation, Employee engagement initiatives is preferred
