IT Administrator at Revel Systems

Position Summary

The main duties for this role is the IT support (software, hardware, and technology) of the local office in Vilnius with remote support for United States, London, and Sydney offices. This will also include global Contact Centre administration -  ensuring scope, resources and schedules are maintained with changes assiduously controlled


  • Design, installation, upgrading, operation, control and maintenance of network, voice and desktop infrastructures
  • Ensure the availability of all relevant systems, through the implementation and management of maintenance, monitoring and change control strategies
  • Specification and ordering of equipment, software and services
  • Maintain up to date and effective documentation on all relevant IT systems, services and procedures
  • Ensure security on all systems and legal requirements are met
  • Provide where necessary out of hours support of the IT systems
  • Work in internal IT CRM system – Salesforce - Service Cloud
  • Manage, deploy and support hardware (PC, Mac, printers, phones, and related peripheral devices)


  • Experience working with Contact Centre IT applications and infrastructure delivery experience is highly preferred
  • Experience working as a System Administrator
  • Able to articulate complex technical information to remote teams as well as non-technical people
  • As is typical in IT, this is not the “usual” 9-5 job - some flexibility is required, particularly when working on projects or issues of significance
  • Logical and practical in approach to solving complex problems
  • Experience with supporting and deploying Apple products is a plus
  • Understanding and troubleshooting the essentials of wired and wireless connectivity
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary

  • 1764 Eur/month gross salary
