Head of Employer Partnerships at Stride Health

    • Identify, qualify and initiate opportunities with potential employer partners
    • Negotiate and sign partnerships that bring Stride’s products to large communities of non-benefited individuals
    • Manage a partner pipeline and keep the Stride team updated on deal status
    • Influence and shape our value proposition that we present to employer partners

Recipe for success:

    • 5+ years experience negotiating and securing strategic partnerships with enterprise and mid-market companies
    • Experience selling to CHROs, Benefits Administrators, Marketers, BD and or employee/community engagement leaders
    • Experience selling at all levels of an organization, including executive-level, marketing, business development and technical audiences
    • Ability to negotiate and execute contractsStrong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to articulate and present our value proposition to target partners
    • Ability to systematically prioritize target accounts
    • Strong research skills and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to learn about prospective partners or our industry
    • Ability to develop pitch decks and use data to strengthen our value proposition
    • Proven ability to advance discussions and close deals
