As a Senior UX Designer, you'll be fundamental to our product development process at You'll join a team dedicated to changing how small and medium businesses do business today. You'll work closely with product managers, software engineers, other designers, and user researchers to build high-performing and user-centric products for our customers.

Professional Experience/Background to be successful in this role:

  • 5+ years of related professional experience where you’ve contributed to shipping multiple products with stellar user experiences (with the data and insights to back it up)
  • Experience defining product requirements, not just translating them into designs
  • Obsessed with product quality, detail-oriented, and armed with a strong sense of aesthetics
  • Know how to advocate for the end user while understanding the business context in order to make intelligent design decisions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, whether one-on-one or in group situations
  • Data-driven
  • Should be comfortable running lightweight customer research and usability studies
  • It’d be great if you’ve had experience implementing experimentation methods, such as A/B testing

Expected Outcomes in 12 months:

  • Lead the vision for several product areas alongside with leaders across Product, Engineering and Design
  • Apply design thinking strategies to help cross-functional teams collaborate and co-create amazing product experiences
  • Create user flows and storyboards to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Develop high-fidelity wireframes and mockups
  • Design, build and test interactive prototypes to iterate and evolve designs
  • Partner with User Research and Data Science throughout the design and development process to run research studies and experiments, analyze the findings and validate potential product changes
  • Contribute to the development of a robust and scalable design system that helps teams move fast while ensuring the consistency of end-to-end experiences for our customers
