Mission
 
Mendel is looking for a Site Relationship Associate to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. We’ll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image.To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers. You must be able to interpret customer feedback and relay the key information back to the appropriate team with clarity and concision. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

Ultimately, you’ll maintain strong relationships with our company’s clients to boost our brand and profits in the long-run.
 
Outcomes
 
Work with sites clinical research coordinators to resolve problems. 
Keep current customers and renew contracts as well as build prospective leads
Deal with sites complaints quickly and effectively
Work with the sales team
Study the strengths and weaknesses of competitors
Gather information about customers
Build rapport with sites, including traveling to meet in person
 
Requirements 
 
  • Previous clinical experience as a Relationship Associate
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good product knowledge
  • Customer friendly
  • Good leadership skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • BA/BSc degree
  • 3+ years experience
