The Technical Sourcer will provide active partnership to recruiters and hiring managers in their hiring requirements.  A successful candidate in this role acts as an adviser to hiring managers on the candidate landscape, as well as effectively partner with the Engineering recruiter to manage candidate progress and experience. They develop a tailored approach to a targeted pipeline and represent employment opportunities.

Professional Experience/Background to be successful in this role:

    • Source quality passive candidates for key roles
    • Host internal events to increase referral program
    • Develop innovative solutions to building candidate pipeline

Competencies (Attributes needed to be successful in this role):

    • 2+ years of technical sourcing experience. 
    • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing tools, including internet research, boolean search strings, Linkedin, and cold outreach
    • Experience contributing to process improvements, building programs that add value and/or using data to draw insights and actionable plans.
    • Track the progress of leads and candidates with great attention to detail.
    • Continuously update ATS (Jobvite) with a high level of accuracy and detail
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Ability to communicate with a wide range of individuals.  Must have strong writing skills. Culture:
