Mission:Bill.com is seeking a Program Manager, Recruiting Brand & Programs to manage our employer branding efforts, including social media campaigns. This person will also have responsibility for executing on our Diversity & Inclusion strategy and related other programs as we continue to evolve our talent outreach strategy. The Program Manager, Recruiting Brand & Programs will track, measure and report on the effectiveness and success of our programs and initiatives, and is someone who can be strategic and creative.
What you'll do:
Partner closely with Marketing team and other stakeholders to boost Bill.com's employer brand presence internally and externally through the ownership of messaging on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, our company career site, and other relevant media outlets
Work closely with the VP of Talent Acquisition to Implement Bill.com's Diversity & Inclusion program that will include a holistic strategy for Attraction, Retention and Growth.
Design and implement a recruiting events strategy in partnership with Talent Acquisition Leadership and Recruiters
Drive key initiatives within Talent Acquisition Operations that directly impact team success and candidate experience
Develop influential relationships with Legal, HR, and Marketing
Establish and maintain success metrics for all Talent Acquisition programs
Scope projects, define goals, and create deliverables - develop full-scale project plans and associated communications
Track progress, measure success, and report on learnings and key outcomes
Professional Experience/Background to be successful in this role:
BA/BS or equivalent experience required
5+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition, Project/Program Management, Recruiting/HR Operations experience required
Project Management certification is a plus
Basic knowledge of recruiting processes and technology (Lever) is required
Ability to influence without authority, think proactively, and work both independently and collaboratively on project teams
Proven experience designing, building, implementing and maintaining programs that enable hiring efforts
Experience driving projects to completion in ambiguous circumstances
Learn the BDC employee value proposition (EVP) developed in conjunction with marketing
Refresh our social media presence using our EVP and work with marketing on career site refresh
Build measurement and metrics for success of our online presence
Develop cadence for women’s employee resource group meetings that offer opportunities for community, connection and enrichment
Work closely with VP of TA on initiating of inclusion programs
Review and provide input on university intern programs and campus strategy
Present holistic event strategy, including budget plans.
In 12 months:
Drive improvements to our university strategy, by soliciting feedback from stakeholders and leveraging our sourcing and recruiting team for execution.
Develop planning calendar and build communications to stakeholders.
Review and share the outcomes of annual event strategy and provide a set of forward looking recommendations to our event strategy, including innovative new ideas that will drive attraction to a targeted audience of top talent.Build upon D&I strategy by implementing programs that will contribute to Retention and Attraction programs.
