VP of Brand Marketing at PicsArt

PicsArt is seeking a highly creative yet analytical brand strategist, planner and storyteller to lead integrated brand campaigns and drive our brand both on-and-off app. This cross-functional role will work closely with content, creative, product and marketing teams to develop and manage brand advertising, events and ensure delightful consistency of voice and look & feel across all consumer touchpoints. This role will be based in our San Francisco office and reports to the CMO. 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategy, budget, execution of brand marketing via all media
  • Work with all marketing leads and broader org to align on calendar, priorities, messages and creative approach
  • Provide guidance and ongoing feedback to creative team, writers and product managers to reinforce PicsArt brand 
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with agency partners and our internal creative team to brief, review and refine creative work 
  • Partner with Community and Business Insights team to surface key user insights that will drive increased connection with consumers
  • Partner across marketing channels (Acquisition, Conversion, Retention) to ensure an integrated and holistic approach
  • Prepare and present progress against goals and relevant marketing metrics to team, cross functional groups and management

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of in-house and/or agency experienceCreative and strategic thinker, multi-tasker and project manager  
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsImpressive portfolio of marketing and brand campaigns
  • Exceptional storyteller, with strong creative sensibility and experience with videoLove of culture, travel and working in high-growth, fast-paced environments 
  • Keen ability to translate complexity into simple, clear communication
  • Ability to get the best out of creative partners (copywriters, designers, editors)
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing (e.g., digital advertising, search, PR, social media, email)
