We are looking for a talented and experienced leader with a demonstrated track record of driving operational excellence and growth.
As the VP of Business Operations, you will lead in the identification, development and execution of transformational projects to improve the operating results, efficiency, and strategic positioning of This position will support the development and implementation of operating processes, strategic planning, detailed business cases and work plans across the company. This position will report to the EVP of Finance & Operations and the role will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams helping to lead high-profile initiatives, where rapid test and learn, operational capabilities, strong financial modeling, and new partnership models will be important. The ability to effectively communicate and work collaboratively with a variety of teams and personalities is essential.


    • Identify opportunities, strategies, operational and process improvements to meet short and long term goals for growth and profit.
    • Develop project plans and work with executive team on project priorities, ensuring that we’re on track to meet deliverables.  Design implementation roadmap and clear KPIs/SLAs for future tracking and governance.
    • Uncover areas within the business to drive performance improvements to unlock productivity and accelerate execution.
    • Partner with the leadership team to develop business plans, structure company initiatives, identify key themes and mitigation plans, and make connections for opportunities across functional areas. 
    • Provide insights to the business through analytics and market research as required (e.g. market, customer, competitive).
    • Work closely with Finance and Analytics to develop and measure business case results and metrics, and drive action plan changes as needed. 
    • Serve as the connective tissue of a cross-functional team (including Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and other internal groups, etc.), working to share knowledge and drive people towards a common goal. 
    • Facilitate internal tracking and reporting of progress and results across strategic and operational execution initiatives, as well as strategic investment prioritization. 

Minimum Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or equivalent project management experience in a technology/fintech company.
    • Experience managing and tracking multiple projects
    • Experience in data analysis and data visualization
    • Experience establishing new processes and cadence within organizations.
    • Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure.
    • Strong business acumen and the ability to successfully navigate and influence stakeholders and strong personalities within a complex business environment. 
    • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and influencing business direction with key stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • MBA or Master's degree in a management, technical or finance field.
    • On the ground experience with SAAS or fintech industry experience.
    • Management consulting experience in high growth, complex businesses. 
    • Experience leading growth, monetization and/or pricing strategy initiatives. Culture:
