For more information, visit or follow @billcom. is looking for a Sales Manager for our Mid-Market Growth Team to own sales strategy and execution for a large part of our accounting channel business.  The role reports to the VP of Accountant Sales, Ryan McGurk.

Successful Outcomes:

        Consistently achieve monthly sales and business goals
        Establish a team culture of accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence
        Develop and coach a team of field-based sellers and account managers of all levels, from junior to senior Help the team further develop relationships with senior level contacts at their accounting firm clients
        Structure larger contract deals that are beneficial to both our clients and
        Optimize and refine land and expand sales modelEstablish positive cross-functional relationships


        Prior formal leadership experience preferred but not requiredStructured and won large deal contracts and upfront commitments
         Channel partner sales experience with strong results
        Established and cultivated relationships in land-and-expand sales sales environments
        Experience establishing positive cross-functional relationships with marketing, product, and client success

        Become a product expert of an expert on key metrics that drive the business.
        Developed closer partnerships with sales, product, marketing, and strategic partner teams.

        Conducted research on customers and prospects and mapped out customer journey.
        Conducted research and analysis on competitive landscape.

        Become primary thought leader for the responsible for mid-market sales.
        Identified large, long term initiatives that will rapidly accelerate growth.
