Bill.com is looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Leader to join our Marketing team. We are looking for someone who has built, operated, and grown modern marketing technology stacks, You are a combination of a technical and process architect - someone who has experience with multiple environments and is as comfortable co-architecting strategic business rules with sales and marketers as they are executing and building out campaigns and flows within systems.  In addition, we need someone who considers themselves a growth driver, not just someone who will support the needs of the team, but a person who thrives on identifying and chasing opportunities to accelerate growth. You are a builder more than an operator, someone who thinks strategically but can also execute, and can drive cross functional decision making.

Responsibilities will include:

        Development and execution of martech vision - building a world class, modern martech stack to unlock growth opportunities
        Empowering new ways of marketing - Architecting a campaign/nurture framework that enables marketers to reach their target audience with relevant and timely content
        Be a Growth Partner - Engage with marketers to co-develop, measure, and optimize campaigns
        Operational blocking and tackling - Executional excellence on the day to day responsibilities - data reliability, list uploads, campaign analysis, etc.

Qualifications (Skills & Abilities):

        7 to 10 years experience in Marketing Operations and in a leadership role
        3+ years specifically in Marketo program build & analytics; preferably in a startup environment, familiarity with lead scoring, and multi-touch attribution
        Experience managing Marketing Ops process including lead management, database management, segmentation, and field mapping
        Proven experience architecting and managing a marketing technology stackPartner mindset -
        Works well with Sales Ops and Marketers to define and implement projects and campaigns
        Quantitative analytical skillset, loves pivot tables and data
        Excellent written and verbal communications skills; adept at building and maintaining strong cross-functional working relationships.
        Bachelor’s degree required 
         Other desirable qualifications:
        Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) qualification
        Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
        Ability to focus on the details but also the big picture
        CS/Engineering degree

Expected Outcomes:

        30 Days
        Audit existing mar-tech stack with respect to lead processing, measurement instrumentation, capabilities, and usefulness
        Develop plan to up-level mar-tech stack and overall lead performance
        60 Days
        Began execution of plan, implementing fixes for list uploads, lead stages & flow, forms, & enrichment.
        Audit nurture streams and email performance, developed recommendations to improve
        90 Days
        Investigation of infrastructure needs for account based marketing execution and measurement
        Ongoing identification and execution of programs to evolve our overall marketing effectiveness
