Sales Operations Analyst at Augmedix

Augmedix is a health care services technology platform deployed across the US with many of the nation’s largest health systems. Our mission is to rehumanize the clinician-patient interaction by allowing our clinicians to fully focus on patients. We provide remote, technology-enabled, real-time EHR scribing and productivity services to outpatient clinicians. Our service saves users more than 10 hours a week and increases clinical efficiency by 40%.
 
About the Role:
 
The Sales Operations Analyst will work closely with our Chief Revenue Officer to design, implement and continuously improve sales processes to increase sales productivity. You will collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, marketing, account management, operations, product, finance and legal teams to ensure seamless execution of Augmedix’s sales operations with an eye to scale. Key Responsibilities:

    • Proactively identify and explore opportunities for sales process improvements, facilitate implementing changes and drive enablement efforts
    • Develop and maintain reporting/analytics that uncovers key performance insights/intelligence for sales team - e.g. pipeline health, win rates, conversion rates, cycle time
    • Become the first point of contact for all sales process, tool and data related issues
    • Serve as a trusted partner to the sales team by defining, tracking shared business objectives and implementing strategies, tactics and processes that scale
    • Own functionality, integrity and timely updates of Salesforce and other sales tools
    • Support special projects - structure business problems, evaluate options, implement actionable recommendations, and track success
    • Provide visibility and performance tracking to the business by helping to build, maintain, and improve our data and reporting foundation
    • Manage vendors and drive subscription optimization as needed

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated analytical abilities
    • 2+ years in a sales operations/strategy role with SaaS company or management consulting
    • Strong knowledge of Salesforce
    • Strategic, curious, and self-motivated
    • Flexible - able to adjust priorities and find solutions to unstructured problems
    • Highly organized with a knack for details, accuracy and precision
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Collaborative and able to work with employees at all levels of the organization
