PicsArt is looking for a passionate and highly creative Motion Designer/Video Editor. This role reports to PicsArt Design Lead and to the Country Manager in Russia.

Responsibilities:

Create promotional videos, PicsArt tutorials, custom intros;

Develop ideas & storylines to promote company initiatives & brandInspire creative thinking, present fresh content ideas, and proactively solve problems;

Select and edit audio for the created video content;

Manage projects from conceptualization to completion — ideation, storyboarding, scriptwriting, shooting, editing, graphics, color correction, audio mastering, delivery;

Work together with marketing and global creative teams to brainstorm, align, produce and edit video content;

Address feedback in an efficient & productive manner; deliver exceptional customer service with teams and brands;

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience of video production (demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio);

Experience working in a project-based environment with emphasis on meeting deadlines;

High proficiency and working primarily in After Effects, Premiere Pro;

Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator;

Proven typography and graphic design skills;

Keen sense of graphic design, movement and animation processes;

Creative mind and storytelling skills;

Be a strong self-starter and capable of working independently;

Excellent time management, work ethic, and team collaboration skills;

Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills;
