Senior Manager, Subscription Marketing at PicsArt

PicsArt is seeking a Sr. Manager, Subscription Marketing in our San Francisco office to lead the execution of subscription related Marketing projects and campaigns. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and make decisions grounded in data while keeping KPIs top of mind. They will also have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have outstanding organizational and communication skills. This role leads the coordination amongst the marketing, monetization and product teams to bring together all aspects of a user's subscription lifecycle from customer acquisition, segmentation, to delivering long-term retention and win-back.  This is a rare opportunity to join an extremely fast-paced, fun company with an awesome team and culture. Support the development and execution of subscription marketing plans

Utilize customer segmentation and insights into campaign strategies that drive subscriber acquisition and retention

Manage and grow new subscription channels, including referral and affiliate

Plan full-funnel marketing campaigns across a variety of interest categories to drive subscriber relevance and improve efficiency

Plan roadmap of creative testing strategy, establish critical metrics to understand success, and use findings to inform future campaigns

Establish benchmarks and develop scalable, standard methodology marketing program recommendations

Write and present creative briefs to internal marketing, product and monetization teams that will deliver campaign strategy goals

Project manage multiple campaigns and projects from start to finish, including building timelines and working with channel owners to ensure they are executed on-time and without error

Coordinate launch of campaigns across multiple channels, including: push notifications, in-app splash screens, web push and email 

Gather all assets needed for campaigns, including working closely with creative team on briefs and messaging 

Analyze campaign performance and present findings to the various levels of staff across the org 

Develop and uncover insights about the subscriber community to help shape marketing strategy 


5+ years of subscription-model marketing experience, preferably across app and web 

Experience developing and executing creative, innovative, integrated subscription marketing programs plus managing referral and affiliate programs

Ability to work and excel within a matrixed organization and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing, collaborative team environment

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to communicate with stakeholders, marketing team and users

Excellent multi-tasker, project manager with a desire to learn about and experience new cultures, working in globally distributed, mid-to late-stage start-up environments preferred

Technically savvy with the ability to learn new technologies quickly Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers and mathematical equations 

Experience managing campaigns in multiple languages, with translation resources. Plus, great attention to detail with accuracy and consistency

Flexibility with schedule to attend regular meetings with teams across the globe in different timezones 

Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people across different regions and cultures 

A true partner to the executive and leadership teams, ability to develop a vision/strategy that instills trust and drives awareness across the company and with key executives

Experience with consumer engagement programs, including push notifications and email execution, a HUGE plus! 

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, economics, or business related, MBA a plus
